1. Log in to your 病人网关 account, click on Menu, and select 太阳成集团官网 (just under My Record).
   
   太阳成集团官网 vaccine information will appear if you completed your 太阳成集团官网 vaccine series (two doses of Pfizer, 两剂摩德纳或一剂J&J).
